This knitted doll is almost ready. I've branched out into designing doll patterns as well as doll clothes patterns. I can't wait to show you what I have been doing with this new pattern... stay tuned!
And yes this pattern will be made available in the near future :-)
She is so wonderfull. You and your dolls and their clothes are greate inspiration for me. I am looking forward to your pattern and other clothes.

Thankyou Beth :-)
DeleteShe's gorgeous! I can't wait for the pattern. I really need to start taking pictures of my dolls and putting them up on knittingparadise so you can see what I've been up to. Oh and thanks for your help on the boy doll. I really look forward to seeing your new blog posts.
ReplyDeleteYou must let me know when you start uploading photos. I would love to see your dolls.
DeleteI will upload soon, as soon as I get a hold of my dad's camera. To add to Cindricksbabys comment and your reply, knitting in the round can be a challenge, but it saves on yarn and sewing. It's more frustrating to sew up tiny pieces like the Traveling Doll's limbs than to knit them as i-cords.
DeleteI love this doll! I am new to knitting and have made a couple of dolls from Fiona McDonald's books. I was just wondering if this is a doll that is knitted flat as I am very interested in buying your pattern when you make it available. I don't knit in the round, yet! Thank you, Cynthia
ReplyDeleteHi Cynthia
DeleteYes this pattern is knitted flat. I like knitting flat much more than in the round so all of my patterns are knitted this way.
Thank you, I can't wait till this pattern becomes available, your dolls are all wonderful as well as the clothing that you create!
DeleteSuper votre blog, j'adore ces poupées !!!!
ReplyDeleteBravo à vous et bonne continuation
